Thoughts On what it is to be Gay
so i was looking at the news and just thinking in general about peoples vehement resistance to what i see as civil rights for the LBGTQ Community. Honestly i look at folks justifications and had a rather comical realization.
these are the top 3 oppositions to the LBGTQ community i've heard
it doesnt occur in nature
its not moral
it serves no biological purpose
now the funny thing about it is, in order for any of these rationalizations to carry any weight you have to be gay.
because when i look at myself none of those three thing has anything to do with why im straight. Im straight because im attracted to women and not men. I think alot of people arent really considering the breadth of what it is to be a member of LBGTQ community.
but yeah just my random thoughts
