so this is a new thing im doing every friday...providing solutions for the community and for the individual

so lets get it in

To have your own mind, you have to have your own thoughts. If your thoughts are only the product of what you have been told, then you are not your own...Because if one group is your only source of information then they can control that information to generate certain ideas.

So it is important that people do their research as opposed to just accepting that which is given to them...My motto is to question and research everything. Now the idea of research is variance...often times what we tend to do is stop at the first source that confirms what we think. Thats not research, you really have to move outside of you comfort zone and investigate things that you generally don't think about and listen to the people that study the things you generally don't think about. And as you gain knowledge understand and familiarity you will be able to see the connections. Whether you believe them or not well thats your choice.

Personally

When i do research and look at varying explanations of events and differing ideas as well as esoteric stuff i look for what is plausible. Plausibility is likelihood that something could be possible. For me if its plausible it has some validity and thus it becomes important to at least be familiar with it because i understand that things that i do not know can be used to mislead me. And the fact is....people do that sort of thing and so do governments.
