Nappy Headed Black Child

now according to the source the kid was loitering and refused to leave and did initiate physical contact with the officers. But its two 200+ lb officers on a 14 year old. i find it hard to believe this was in any way necessary. What makes it worse it black men doing this to a black child. We gotta treat each other better than this.
