I've gotta admit the Pope's gotta point on this one. Abstinence is the only 100% way to not get AIDS and from his religious standpoint that is the focus. And I dont really see that changing because the Vatican is a religious institution they don't play by secular rules lol. It simply is what it is.

However i do find it incredible foolish to not educate people about condoms and safe sex. Cuz frankly a lot of us "god fearing religious folk" have strayed in that respect. I don't purport to know a lot of about Africa or the sex culture there but just my 2/100 of a dollar.
