Overall sloppy and disorganized. I know Obama is a hard act to follow in the speech department but ugh it seemed at times McCain stumbled over the points of his speech.

As far as content McCain talked about how Obama was gonna raise taxes for everyone.

His lack of experience this that and the other. 

Narrated his personal biography in deeper detail and connected it to his "Maverick" persona....

Despite the overall weak sauce that was the speech McCain did actually surprise me by admonishing the party for failing the country which while a radical step it's a radical step in the right direction.

As McCain is being attacked as Bush the 43rd's third term McCain needs to distance himself from that Administration and also turn himself into the "real" candidate of change.

Honestly McCain is prolly the only guy in the Republican party that could possibly win an election coming after Bush 43. Dudes gotta major uphill battle.
